Home screen widgets

Add Timer, Tasks, Favorites, Today's Tasks, and Task Activity to the phone home screen. Open a widget to jump back into that work. Home can show the same task activity view.

A running timer on the lock screen

When a timer is running, iPhone shows it on the lock screen and Dynamic Island. Android shows a live timer notification. Start or stop it from there without opening the app.

Share, chat, and react in meetings

Share your screen during a call on the phone or the web. Send a message in the meeting chat, and drop an emoji reaction that the room can see.

Time-off approval workflows

Build the path a time-off request follows, from submit through approve or deny. Managers can review team banks, and people get a notice when time is added to theirs.

Help desk replies by email

When a customer replies to a ticket email, the message lands on the ticket. You can read the thread there and open a linked task from the same place.

Sign-in on the phone

Signing in with a connected account on the phone now returns you to the app with a clear message if something goes wrong, instead of leaving you on a dead page.
